Join Ashley Pharazyn for this hands on workshop where you be making a jar of fermented pickles and vegan kimchi. Fermenting is a simple and great way to preserve food and adds nutritional value in the form of beneficial bacteria, also known as probiotics.

Guests will need to bring two 2 cup jars, a knife, cutting board, mixing spoon and bowl.

From juices to dinners and everything in between, you will leave knowing what to add in to your diet and what to cut out to have radiant glowing skin.

During this class we are also going to be making a clay mask that will help clear out build up and toxins.
